Services and Fees
Most services by Your Personal MD are available in the office and are included in your membership. That includes unlimited visits which are more relaxed and as long as needed. Sick visits are usually same day or next day for members. Email and texting are available for questions. Services include (at no extra cost) in-office tests, treatments, procedures, and much more. See the member agreement for details. For anything that is not covered by the member fees, I have arranged cost savings including labs at my cost and xrays at significant savings. If you have insurance, you can use that as well.
There is a one time registration fee of $150.00 which is a 3 month trial for an individual. After three months, a monthly fee is charged. Restrictions apply as listed below. If a family joins, we waive the registration fee and start a monthly fee based on the household but we require a 3 month contract.
Membership fees are age-based:
Member Age Monthly Fee
Newborn to 19 years $20*
20 to 44 years $50
45 to 64 years $75
65 and older $100 ^
* requires 1 adult membership (e.g. parent, grandparent, or guardian)
* additional children within a family are $10/month
^ when available. Due to Medicare regulations, Your Personal MD is unable to provide service to Medicare beneficiaries at this time.
